Manouchehr Shamsrizi FRSA (23) is the dramaturg of the "Center for Political Beauty" (Zentrum für Politische Schönheit) in Berlin, consisting of more than one hundred performance artist and desribed as the "most important German artist group since the Group 47" (3Sat) as well as a Senior Advisor to the "What took you so long" Foundation's disruptive filmmaking Team in London, his working experiences includes projects with the Yale Drama Coalition, Holm Keller and Daniel Libeskind. Manouchehr is a coordinator of the European Center for Sustainability Research at Zeppelin University and a Global Justice Fellow at Yale’s Chair for Philosophy and International Affairs as well as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and the Institute of Cultural Diplomacy. His academic activities includes membership in several think-tanks including the "beta-group" of ZEIT Foundation, Google's Co:llaboratory, the German Council on Foreign Affairs, Wilton Park's Atlantic Youth Forum, FutureChallenges.org by the Bertelsmann Foundation and the "Yunus Brainpool", a Gen Y advisory board of Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Muhammad Yunus' Grameen Creative Lab. He was elected a "European Future Leader" (ThinkYoung), a "One Young World Ambassador", a "Leading Digital Native", a "Sandbox Global Ambassador" and a "Leader of Tomorrow" of the St. Gallen Symposium. Manouchehr is a strategist for StartUps, especially consulting Private Equity firms and as a Mentor for StartUp Live Europe as well as Head of Business Development of a German-Swiss organizational consulting company.

Für Luhmann bedeutet die Beobachtung der zweiten Ordnung die "Grundoperation der Moderne"; aber die Moderne war einmal, längst lebt sie nur noch im Tränental der post-postmodernen Soziologie. Wir wollen uns auf die Suche nach einer neuen Theologie sozialer Organisationen machen, also entdecken wie eine neue Soziabilität nach Innen (Social Business) und Aussen (Soziale Medien) die Grundlage fuer Neues im Sozialen ist und wie die Kunst als eine irritative Beobachtung der 3. Ordnung geeignet ist diesen Wandel zu bedingen und sich damit als Grundoperation einer atopisch-vernetzten Generation qualifiziert
